Returns will be accepted if:

1. The issue is brought to our notice within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. The items are unused & have original packaging, accessories & tags attached.

3. Pictures, details and the reason for exchange needs to be approved by our team.

Returns will not be accepted if:

1. The issue is raised after 7 days of receiving your order.

2. The item has been used or damaged.

3. Original packaging, any accessory & tags are missing.

Please Note:

1. For manufacturing defects the cost of return shipping is covered, else it is borne by the customer.

2. Return charges will be notified once return is initiated.

3. Refunds will be credited to original payment method.

4. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

5. Items purchased during sales/promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Bundled/Promotional/Freebie items with the Main Purchased Product cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us directly for an amicable resolution.

7. WishKraft holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.

8. WishKraft is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges that may apply.

9. Return Shipping will be denied if our Box Protective Packaging is missing or cannot be arranged to safely ship the item back.
